We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are reserved using the Wodify app.
Here we target the legs, quads, hamstrings, calves, etc. We use various exercises to achieve maximum results.
Here we target the large muscle groups. Primarily chest, back and shoulders.
Abs & Stretching
Everybody Wants Abs! WE all know abs are made in the kitchen. We will help you build them so they are easier to show.
This day will incorporate every muscle in your body.
5am, 6am & 9am
This is a big technique day. We will drill gymnastics and take time to ensure you learn the best technique and form possible.
New to Cross Training? Want to improve your Squat, Clean, Deadlift, etc. Then this is the class for you.
8am, 9am & 10am
This is our favorite weekend activity. These days will transform you. We like to spend time drilling technique and then we get to work at probably our most intense workout of the week.
